Vetri Veedu Thittam (வெற்றி வீடு திட்டம்) is a Tamil Nadu rural housing initiative announced in the 2026–27 Revised Budget. It is intended to help families living in kutcha huts move into permanent pucca houses.
The budget announcement provides for 70,000 houses in the first year at a unit cost of ₹5 lakh, with an estimated first-year outlay of ₹3,500 crore. These are announced targets, not a guarantee of individual approval.
